What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you can, a photo of the tree from the street, roughly how tall it is, what's near it (the house, a fence, the pool cage, power lines) and what you want done will help us give you a faster answer. If a storm put it on the house and you've filed a claim, have the claim number handy.
What happens next
We'll set a time for an estimator to come out — usually within a day or two, faster after a storm — walk the property, look at the tree, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days, with a note on whether a permit applies. No deposit is due until you've approved the price and we've scheduled the work.
